The folowing information will help you decide which
sponsorship you would like. We have 3 selections to choose from. If you are able to help even more than what
is listed, contact us for a special sponsorship. We have a number of things we can offer someone who wants to
make a considerable contribution and will work to accomplish your goals. |

Full Sponsorship |

Cost - $1,000.00 |
Booth Space – You will have a space available with the artists in the foyer outside the sanctuary.*
Show Tickets – You will receive 2 tickets to the show.
Dinner Tickets – You will receive 2 tickets to the after show dinner with the artists.
Recognition On Televised Show – You will show as a sponsor in the credits of the televised production.
Recognition on DVD – You will receive credit on the DVD edition of the show.
Credit in Show Program – You will be listed in the show program available free to all attending guests.
Recognition Before Show – Beginning at 6pm, your one page ad will broadcast on the main screen in
rotation with other sponsors in 5 second increments until just before 7:00.*
Radio Advertising – CMHOF Internet Radio will be on the air May 1. We will air your provided commercial a minimum of 5 times a day for a minimum of 30 days. Listening audience will be gained through our site and other means. We will be very unique in this area of broadcast.
Chance to win 4 Founders Club VIP Tickets to a RoughRiders Game of your choice – Entered into a drawing with all sponsors for 2 winners of 4 tickets to Founders Club VIP passes. All inclusive with free parking, meals, drinks, choice seating and much more.*
*You will be given a space to provide your materials. You must provide all booth space needs, including decorations and personnel.
*You must provide a camera ready print ad a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the show. Number of times your ad is shown will be dependent on the number of other sponsors providing ads. Will run consecutively for nearly one hour with each being shown in 5 second increments.
*Rough Rider tickets will be drawn if we have a minimum of 10 full sponsorships. If not, they will be used in the silent auction at the info. center of the show.
